Prior to opening his own law office, Attorney Attanasio worked as a criminal defense lawyer for Moynahan and Minnella for almost three years. He worked closely with Attorney Martin Minnella in state and federal court litigating criminal matters and representing many of the firm’s business clients as their general counsel.

with the ability to handle a case beginning with an arraignment
all the way through trial and to verdict.
Attorney Attanasio has received accolades from the press for many of his successful high profile cases. Attanasio has been a FOXNEWS contributor when he was featured on the FOXNEWS program “The Big Story” with John Gibson and Heather Nauert. Attanasio graduated from the Southern New England School of Law in 2006 and from Fordham University with a degree in business management in 2003. He is admitted to practice law in the state of Connecticut and also the United States District Court, District of Connecticut.
Community
Attanasio is an active member in the community and volunteers his time to worthy causes such as Waterbury Youth Services, a non-profit agency dedicated to improving the lives of children and youth in the Greater Waterbury Region.

He also volunteers and works on a committee for The Friends of Jimmy Miller, Inc., a non-profit organization dedicated to improving the lives of children who are in the care of the St. Francis Home for Children, Mount Saint John, and the Clifford W. Beers Guidance Clinic. The Friends of Jimmy Miller raises funds for these three organizations through a dinner the group hosts each year. 100% of the proceeds from this annual dinner are donated. Jimmy Miller, Sr., began the tradition over 60 years ago, and the event is held every year on the 1st Tuesday in December.
